Peter Robertson

3 times ICU World Champion Triathete, dual Olympian & Ironman

Peter Robertson is Australia's most successful male short course triathlete. Well known for his meticulous training and event preparation with keen interest in natural healthy nutrition & hydration for peak performance. With three world Championships in 2001, 2003 and 2005, also representing Australia at two Olympics and Commonwealth Games taking home a Bronze medal in 2006.

Australian Institute of Sport Athlete of the Year in 2005.

Peter retired from professional competition in 2010 more from a lack of passion than competitiveness.

After a period of working with the AIS & Triathlon Victoria training tomorrow’s superstar triathletes, Peter reignited the passion he once had for the sport.

After two years of retirement, a re-found passion and dipping his toe into distance events like the Melbourne Marathon (Finishing equal 10th first time out), Peter returned to professional competition in 2013 with a focus on the Ultra distance Ironman events and a new goal of winning the coveted Hawaiian Ironman.

So far in 2014 Peter has successfully competed in his first two full distance Ironman events.

Ironman Melbourne debut with a 10th place

Ironman Cairns 3rd place

Ironman 70.3 European championship in Germany 2nd place.

Qualified for 2014 Ironman World Championships in Kona Hawaii

Sandra has been a Wholefood Nutritionist, Natural Food Educator and Cooking Teacher for 25 years. In demand as a writer for multiple magazines, newspapers, public speaking and demonstrations.

Over the years Sandra has also been involved in importing, wholesaling and retailing natural foods.

Aside from owning and operating health food stores and health cafes, consulting and studying, Sandra also established the original Melbourne Japanese Cooking School in 1986 as well as health supportive Vegetarian and Macrobiotic-style cooking classes. Sandra teaches at various venues including Box Hill Institute, Holmesglen Institute, Centre for Adult Education (CAE) Melbourne, overseas and at her private kitchen in Melbourne.

She has taught “Food As Medicine” at Monash University Medical School, Swinburne Department of Integrative Medicine and now runs her own adult education Nutrition and Wholefoods Course at Holmesglen Institute, CAE and in North Caulfield.

Being involved in the wellness movement, Sandra travels extensively, to study and experience with many masters of the health food movement, new developments in health, food as medicine, macrobiotics and natural food cookery

Helen Padarin

Naturopath, nutritionist, medical herbalist and author Helen Padarin has been in clinical practice since 2001.  She works from 2 clinics in Sydney Australia, and recently took part in Chef Pete Evans production called The Paleo Way, filming recipes for the new TV show and has been on tour around Australia and New Zealand for the How to Cook the Paleo Way Tour.  

Helen has been called on to write articles for popular health magazines, and wrote a chapter for a clinical textbook published by Elsevier in 2011.  Since 2011 Helen has been a regular presenter and an ambassador for the Mindd Foundation, and has presented for Health Masters Live and ACNEM, providing post-graduate education for GP’s, naturopaths, nutritionists and other health care professionals.  While living in NZ for over 4 years, Helen also lectured on anatomy and physiology for the NZ College of Massage at the NZ Institute of Sport, developed and ran corporate health programmes.

Helen holds a bachelor degree in Health Sciences (Naturopathy), advanced diplomas in nutrition, herbal medicine and massage and has completed extensive post-graduate training in treatment for metabolic, neurologic, digestive and immune disorders. 

Helen is passionate about conscious living, real food, vital health and empowering individuals, families and organisations to find the joy in being well.  She gains constant inspiration from seeing clients make conscious changes to their physical health to find that it also benefits their emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing as well. She loves working with other health professionals, community groups, thought leaders and game changers providing a truly holistic approach to health and in doing so creating a supportive community. 

Helen finds nothing more satisfying than seeing patients and clients inadvertently spread inspiration to friends and family around them.  Vitality, it turns out, is contagious!

In spare time Helen enjoys outdoor adventure, walking in nature, spending time by and in the ocean, playing (i.e. working on her fitness), progressing her own journey of wellness, sharing enriching and joyful experiences with friends and family, and continuing on the journey of “know thyself”
